BIO: Cathy MacPhail began her writing career with short stories for magazines and radio. She has published romantic novels, plays, and has also had two comedy series on Radio 2.

Her first children’s novel was Run Zan Run, which was the winner of several awards and she has now written over forty books for both boys and girls. One of her radio short stories became the novel, Another Me which has now been made into a film and is to be premiered at the Rome Film Festival this month. Her latest book is Mosi’s War. She loves doing events with young people and has lots of experience of delivering creative writing workshops , and hopefully inspiring young people to write.
